Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actress, activist for animals and author who won several Awards. Ali MacGraw is famous for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. The Getaway was released in 1972. New York, she was born and brought up in an artistic family. The first job she had was an assistant to photographers. Then she moved on to modelling and acting. The first two films she appeared in, she was recognized as a winner of her the Golden Globe Award as Most Popular Young Actress. Her film MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was a huge hit that brought fame to the world and also as an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three films, she received the title of top female box-office debut worldwide. In 1972, her foot-prints along with her signature were recorded on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. The other films she's appeared in include The Getaway Convoy Players as well as the TV miniseries The Winds of War. In 1991, her autobiography Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw's been married three different times.
